Bank Accounts — Permissions
Overview
This page documents the permissions used in the Bank Accounts feature. Permissions determine which tabs a user can access and which actions are available within them.

Note
The edit permission controls all write actions across all three tabs. There is no separate permission per tab.

Troubleshooting access
- If the Banks and Accounts screen is not visible in the menu, the
viewpermission is missing. - If New bank, New account, or New card buttons are not visible, the
editpermission is missing. - If Deactivate/Activate is not shown for an account or card, check whether the parent record (bank or account) is
ACTV— the action is hidden when the parent is inactive, regardless of permissions.
