Product Requisition — Permissions
Overview
This page documents the permissions used in the Product Requisition module. Permissions determine which transactions a user can access and which actions are available.
For general access concepts and permission categories, see: Permissions & Access

Note
All actions on the Product Requisition screen — including creating, continuing, cancelling, reusing, and transferring expenses — are available to any user with view. There is no separate edit permission for this module.
Access to the Requisition Administration screen (where the purchasing team processes requisitions) is controlled by a separate module permission.
Typical role mapping

Any collaborator (standard user)
view
-
Read-only (no requisition access)
- (no permissions for this module)
Troubleshooting access
- If the Product Requisition menu item is missing, the user is missing the
viewpermission for the Product Requisition module. - If a user can see the screen but cannot find their requisitions, the list only shows records created by or on behalf of the logged-in user — records created by others will not appear here.
- To process and manage requisitions submitted by others, the user needs access to Requisition Administration, not this screen.
