🆕 New Features

Department Cost Center

  • Department owners can now review: Budget summary, SPOs, Refunds, Timesheets.
  • Access is permission-based. Supervisors must request access via email.

  • Quotes can now be duplicated from the dropdown menu.

Vacation

  • Implemented vacation management transactions.
  • Detailed instruction manual will be created for these transactions.
  • Approved vacation request will show in Logistics calendar.
  • Vacation option has been removed when creating logistics plans in Logistics calendar in favor of this process.
  • Access and work-flows are permission-based.

Settings

  • New section per internal company to set up vacation rules in control panel.

Vacation requests

  • Shows collaborator vacation summary: Days requested, remaining days, current period.
  • Collaborators can start the vacation request process here.
  • Usual statuses per request.
  • Usual logs per request.

Vacation Management

  • Supervisors and HR personnel can approve/reject requests here.
  • Past processed requests show separately to keep history.
  • Vacation adjustments can be created if needed (add or remove vacation days).
  • HR can create direct vacation records for collaborators bypassing the regular process.

  • Partially implemented inventory transactions.

  • Create and edit warehouse locations.

Inventory Management

  • Subtransactions in tabs: My Inventory Requests, All Inventory Requests, Inventory Entry, Inventory Catalog, Added/Removed log, Pending Items.
  • Users can find items, create requests, move item locations, insert items to inventory, etc.
  • Usual statuses per request.
  • Usual logs per request.

  • Timesheet search now displays: Rate, Total Cost, and Currency.

Direct Commands in /checador

To-Do Side-Bar List

  • New To-Do quick access button in header, which lists and allows completion of tasks assigned to the user.

Filters

  • New search bar in card view to find with text within cards.
  • New filter dropdown in calendar view to show only collaborator or tag activity.

General Improvements

  • Notification checkbox when creating new cards allows for specific notification control.
  • Select All button in new/edit card to select/deselect all collaborators.
