Organization Chart — Workflow
The organization chart has no approval or record lifecycle. Open the chart from Collaborators, choose Hide Photos & Names when a name-free view is needed, and use Fit Screen to adjust the display. Choose Show Photos & Names to return to the normal view.
Department and position labels, hierarchy, and vacant-position indicators remain visible. The chart is built from collaborator department and manager assignments; updating those records is part of the Collaborators process.
