Project Cost Center — Permissions

Overview

This page documents the permissions for the Project Cost Center feature. Because the cost center is a read-only dashboard, it has a single permission that controls access to the screen.

Permissions by transaction

Permission Grants access to
view Access the /cost-center screen, select projects, and view the full financial dashboard including all cost categories, income panels, budget panels, modals, and download buttons.

Typical role mapping

  • Project Manager / Finance Reviewer

  • Executive / Director

    • view

Troubleshooting access

  • If the Cost Center option is missing from the menu, the user does not have the view permission for the cost center module.
  • The dashboard shows all projects the user can select — project-level visibility is not further filtered by permission beyond the view grant.
  • To request access, contact your supervisor or system administrator.
