Feedback — Permissions
Overview
This page documents the permissions used in the Feedback feature. Submitting a suggestion or complaint requires no special permission — any logged-in collaborator can do it via the global header. The permissions below control who can manage submissions and who receives email notifications when new ones arrive.
For general access concepts and permission categories, see: Permissions & Access

Troubleshooting access
- If the Suggestions & Complaints option is missing from the HR menu, the user is missing the
viewpermission for the Suggestions and Complaints module. - If a reviewer or manager is not receiving email notifications when new feedback arrives, they are missing the
feedback emailpermission. - Any logged-in user can submit feedback — there is no permission to grant or revoke for submission.
