🆕 New Features

Organization chart

  • New "Organization chart" tab inside the Collaborator edit view.
  • Displays the company organizational diagram.
  • For collaborators in multiple departments, the primary department drives their position in the chart.

🚀 Improvements

Primary department assignment

  • A new "Primary" checkbox is now available when assigning departments to a collaborator.
  • Only one department can be marked as primary per collaborator.
  • Existing collaborator–department assignments were migrated automatically; no action required.

Deactivation validations

  • Deactivating a collaborator now runs dependency checks: personnel reporting to them, open logistics plans, open requisitions, and recurring requisitions.
  • A modal lists any blocking issues so the user can stop the deactivation if needed.
  • The deactivation email now includes the list of detected problems; all SARA permissions assigned to the user are removed on deactivation.

Vacation color coding in the Logistics Calendar

  • Approved vacation events in the Logistics Calendar now follow the color scheme used by logistics plans.

🔨 Fixes

Refund payment email restored

  • The notification email sent when a refund is marked as paid is delivered again.

Quote engine duplicate recipients

  • A person who held the Quote Engine permission through multiple profiles appeared once per profile in the recipients list.
  • The list now shows each person only once.

Reopen project on-screen feedback

  • Reopening a project now shows an on-screen confirmation notification.
  • Previously there was no visible feedback when reopening a project.

  • Product Requisition – Corrected typo in the deactivation warning text ("you won't be able" instead of "you wonâEªt be able").
