Overview

This page documents the permissions used in the Rates & Salaries module. Permissions determine which transactions a user can access and which actions are available within them.

Permission module name: Rates and Salaries

Permission Grants access to Requires
view Access /rates-salaries. View the collaborator table (current active rates), configure custom columns, and open the History modal to view all historical salary records for any collaborator. —
edit Display the + New salary button and create new salary records for collaborators. view

Troubleshooting access

  • If the Rates & Salaries screen is missing from the menu, verify that Rates and Salaries → view is assigned.
  • If the + New salary button is not visible, verify that edit is assigned in addition to view.
  • To request access, contact your supervisor or system administrator.
